What the app stores on your device
Your wallet's private keys, transaction history, and settings are stored locally on your device only. Back up your recovery phrase — we cannot recover it for you, because we never have it.
What leaves your device
The wallet connects directly to the public Dobbscoin peer-to-peer network to send and receive transactions and to stay in sync with the blockchain. As with any peer-to-peer software, the nodes you connect to can see your IP address and the transactions you broadcast. Transactions are public by design — that is how a blockchain works.
For the exchange-rates screen, the app may request price data from public ticker APIs. Those requests contain no wallet data, keys, addresses, or identifiers — they are plain price lookups, visible to those services only as an ordinary web request from your IP.
Beyond that, the app makes no other network connections. No usage data, device identifiers, or personal information is sent to SubGenius.Finance or to any third party.
What we collect
Nothing. We run no servers that receive data from the app, and the app embeds no third-party analytics, crash-reporting, or advertising SDKs.
Permissions
Camera is used only to scan QR codes for addresses and payment requests; images are processed on-device and never stored or transmitted. Bluetooth and NFC are used only for optional device-to-device payments, directly between the two phones involved. Nothing from any of these reaches us.
Children
The app is a financial tool and is not directed at children under 13.
Changes
If this policy ever changes, the new version will be posted at this address with a revised date. Since we collect nothing, expect it to stay boring.
